Palliative care is a specialized form of health care for individuals and families who are living with a life-limiting illness that is usually at an advance stage. The goal of palliative care is to provide comfort and dignity for the person living with the illness as well as the best quality of life for both this person and their family.

Our Home Care Assistants respect all client and family choices and are there to support everyone. Understanding the need for pain management & comfort care during this time, we d work under your palliative care team’s direction. Helping to ensure the entire family is cared for is important therefore, we can coordinate visitors while considering the client’s need for rest, organize meals and respond to immediate wishes and care requirements.
